Statewide Independent LivingBob was a humorist, known for his quick wit. On one occasion during a battle with the Federal Communications Commission, Bob informed them that he could not read the weather scrolls across the bottom of the television. It was during the time of the flooding in the Midwest, including the Alton area. Bob quipped in his testimony, “I wouldn’t know whether to go to the attic for a flood or the basement for a tornado.” IMPACT On Equal Access; Spring, 1999
