*Note: The SILC provides (c), (e), (f), (g), and (h) using funds from its combined Operations and Capacity Development budget and other non-Part B sources. Additionally, many of the State’s CILs and INCIL provide (c), (e), (f), (g) and (h) using Part B funds and/or other sources.
